General Crossfit classes require completion of CrossFit Manic Mechanics for all who are not experienced with CrossFit.
CROSSFIT MANIC MECHANICS
Designed to onboard new members who have never experienced CrossFit before. These classes will introduce you to fundamental movements and concepts you will regularly see in class at CrossFit Manic. The focus of these classes will be on quality movement and safety.

Classes will begin with a short classroom session to discuss key CrossFit concepts, CFM policies, technology and new member goals.
The Mechanics course is a 3 week long program where you will attend 3 classes per week. At week 4 you will begin General CrossFit class.
THIS CLASS IS OFFERED AS NEEDED FOR GROUPS OF NEW MEMBERS
Aerobic capacity is the highest amount of oxygen consumed during maximal exercise in activities that use the large muscle groups in the legs or arms and legs combined.
MANIC FOR THE MASSES
A Free CrossFit workout that is provided so the community can come out and see what Manic's facility is all about. Perfect for anyone and everyone, even the non-experienced! There is no fee and no sign up needed. This is at the 10:00 hour every Saturday and is scaled to every age and fitness level!!!
